Ceremony and Cocktail Hour

Choose from one of our artist collectives to provide a live music performance for your Ceremony and Cocktail Hour. Each group can perform with 1-4 musicians so you can choose the perfect band.

  • 30 Minutes of Pre-Ceremony Performance

  • 30 Minutes of Ceremony Performance

  • 60 Minutes of Cocktail Hour Performance

Each group has performance videos and a song list so you can choose the best fit for your special moments. If you have a special song request outside of our song lists, we’ll learn up to one song at no additional cost!

Dinner and Dance Reception

Having a dance band for your reception is one of the best ways to provide a stellar experience for your guests. Our artist collective The Family Funktion pulls from some of the best musical talent the SF Bay Area has to offer to provide a night of dancing your guests will never forget.

  • 1-2 Hours of Playlist Support and MC Service by your Bandleader

  • Wireless Microphone for Toasts

  • Up to 3 Hours of Dance Band Performance

  • Both Male and Female Vocalists

  • Optional 2-Piece Horn Section

A dedicated IHE Representative will work with your vendor team and help every step of the way until the day of your wedding. We’re dedicated to providing the best wedding music service possible!

  • Our comprehensive Wedding Music Survey will allow you to choose songs for special moments and provide input so we can customize your experience.

  • Site Visit to your venue prior to the event date is often included at no additional cost.

  • An Audio Engineer to make sure spoken elements are heard, keep audio levels within the limits of your venue, and to allow your musicians to focus on their performance.
